No job is to big or small for the team to carry out, and we used them for joinery, plastering, decorating, changing locks and flooring. We contacted MLB Properties after storm damage caused water ingress into our cottage flat. We had a quote from another company but MLB Properties was the most competitive. They replaced slate and ridge tiles. Their two tradesman were very prompt and got on with the repair.

Prior to the repair team coming, the surveyor placed a tarpaulin in the roof space to limit any further damage.
